Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled Pega Developer to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using Pega software. You will work closely with business analysts and other developers to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Pega solutions based on business requirements
- Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to identify and understand business needs
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed
- Participate in design and code reviews
- Work with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Stay up-to-date with Pega software and new features
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Pega development
- Experience with Pega software and its features, including case management, decision management, and user interface development
- Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Requirements
- A Pega certification is a plus
Education/Certification Requirements
- A Bachelors degree is required for this position
Clearance Requirements
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an active Top Secret clearance is required.
