Summary
At Precision Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. This position requires an active Top-Secret Clearance and involves managing the liaison between the government project manager and our personnel. The Program Manager will organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the government project manager and contractor personnel, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Organize, direct, and manage contract operations support functions
  • Define project scope, objectives, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the government lead
  • Submit all deliverables directly to the government lead and COR
  • Monitor the development, implementation, and operations and maintenance requirements of the project
  • Manage changes in project scope, resolve issues, and devise contingency plans
  • Manage and organize all customer drawings, documents, and files for easy access
  • Assign projects to Design Specialists based on workload and availability, coordinating with the SME and COR
  • Ensure all project team members are aware of critical dates and milestones
  • Collect and compile policy and strategic guidance for the COR and Government designated representative
  • Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, in collaboration with the government lead and COR
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate contractor personnel
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise contractor personnel, ensuring accountability and positive action towards their assigned work

Requirements

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing personnel and projects with an annual budget in excess of $1,000,000
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Demonstrated experience in tracking and reporting project costs and schedules
  • Experience using CAD software

Preferred Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business management, Information Systems Management, or a related field
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Clearance Requirements

  • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an active Top Secret clearance is required.
