Network & Video Teleconference Project Manager

Active Top-Secret clearance required
The Project Manager is the liaison between the government lead, the COR, and the contractor’s personnel. The Project Manager shall:
- Plan, manage, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget to include acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of contractor’s personnel in order to deliver projects according to this contract.
- Where required, define the project’s scope, objectives, goals, deliverables, and oversee quality control in collaboration with the government lead.
- Submit all deliverables directly to the government lead and COR.
- Monitor the development, implementation, and operations and maintenance requirements.
- Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, resolve issues, and devise contingency plans.
- Where required, estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals in collaboration with the government lead and the COR.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate contractor’s personnel.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing personnel and projects with an annual budget in excess of $3,000,000.
- Experience in the use of EVMS, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and Microsoft Office products. Proficient in tracking and reporting project costs and schedule under these systems.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Information Systems Management, or related field.
Preferred Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
