Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a Senior React Developer to join their team! The React Developer will be responsible for creating robust and scalable web applications using React. This position will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing our client's B2B applications and experiences. As a Senior React Developer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI platforms and shape the user experience.

• Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality, scalable web applications
• Design and develop user interfaces using React, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers
• Work closely with UX designers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in React development, incorporating them into the development process at our client
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Use modern development tools and frameworks to create high-quality code and interactive prototypes
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a React Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in building complex web applications
• Proficiency in JavaScript, and React.js
• Experience in optimizing applications for complex B2B environments
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and the ability to create interfaces that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes
• Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and technical challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• A passion for clean code, user-centered design, and a strong attention to detail

Preferred Requirements

• Local to Washington D.C. is preferred
• Prior experience working within an emerging, high-growth company and/or government-focused companies is highly preferred

Clearance Requirements

• Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Must be able to obtain a US Government Secret level clearance once starting the position.
