Responsibilities
The Sales Executive – FSI will be responsible for pursuing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with multiple large Federal System Integrators. This role requires a self-driven individual with a proven track record in sales, and deep relationships with the target customers, having tenured experience selling to and with Federal System Integrators on program business. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Generative AI and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product sales, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our business objectives.
Driving Revenue and Building Relationships:
Actively pursue new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, with a core focus on Federal System Integrators.
Work collaboratively with business development and/or capture teams on both short- and long-term sales efforts.
Executing Sales Strategies:
Create and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, driving significant business growth.
Execute on comprehensive sales plans that align with the company's strategic goals and market opportunities.
Understanding Market Trends:
Work collaboratively with the sales team to review market research to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in Generative AI and SaaS, to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborating with Other Departments:
Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure customer needs are met.
Achieving Sales Goals:
Pursue ambitious sales goals and quotas, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Foster a results-oriented environment that encourages ownership of both individual and team sales goals, ensuring overall accountability and high achievement.
