Summary
We are looking for an MS Teams Telephony Analyst to join our team! This role will lead the deployment, configuration, and management of enterprise-grade telephony solutions within Microsoft Teams, supporting the full lifecycle of Teams-based voice services.
Responsibilities
Deploy and manage Microsoft Teams Phone System across the enterprise
Configure and support Direct Routing and Operator Connect solutions
Work with Session Border Controllers (SBCs) to enable secure and scalable voice connectivity
Design and maintain enterprise telephony architecture within the Teams environment
Optimize telephony configurations for performance, reliability, and user experience
Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft Teams voice-related issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
Monitor telephony performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
Maintain documentation of telephony configurations, procedures, and support workflows
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in telephony or unified communications
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Telephony systems
Knowledge of Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and SBCs
Familiarity with enterprise telephony architecture and best practices
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in a Microsoft environment
