Summary
We are looking for a Senior MS Teams Telephony Analyst to join our team! This role is responsible for designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-grade telephony solutions within Microsoft Teams, supporting the full lifecycle from strategy to support.
Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning, design, and implementation of Microsoft Teams Phone System
Configure and manage Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
Develop and maintain enterprise telephony architecture within the Microsoft Teams environment
Collaborate with stakeholders to align telephony solutions with organizational goals
Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of Teams-based voice services
Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for telephony issues
Optimize system performance and user experience across the Teams telephony platform
Maintain detailed documentation of architecture, configurations, and support processes
Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices development
Requirements
8+ years of relevant experience in telephony or unified communications
Proven expertise with Microsoft Teams Phone System
Deep knowledge of Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and SBCs
Experience designing and managing enterprise telephony architectures
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
