Responsibilities
This critical role involves developing and maintaining Generative AI Agents, MCP Server, and tools using Python to extend its capabilities and features. The ideal candidate will have strong prompt engineering skills, a deep understanding of Generative AI stacks such as OpenAI, Anthropic, MCP, Function tooling, etc., and a robust security background to ensure code is secure by default. Deep Experience with Generative AI frameworks is required.
- Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI Agents, MCP Server, and function tooling using Python and related frameworks.
- Build innovative Generative AI features to help customers automate tasks and processes.
- Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on security and data privacy.
- Develop agents and plugins to automate complex tasks and bring complex automation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Python development, and Generative AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI solutions into existing systems.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Python Developer.
- Strong Experience building function tooling, MCP Server, Generative AI integrations.
- Strong prompt engineering skills.
- Experience in building secure code with a strong understanding of security best practices (e.g., XSS, SQL injections).
- At least 6 to 12 months of experience with Generative AI frameworks such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, etc.
- At least 6 months of experience in MCP Server and Generative AI Function tooling.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as this role will require obtaining a Department of Defense Secret clearance.
Screening Criteria
- Background Check: A thorough background check will be conducted, including verification of employment history, education credentials, and any criminal records. Any involvement in activities that may pose a risk to national security will also be checked.
- Security Clearance: The candidate is required to possess and maintain a Secret security clearance, depending on the project requirements.
- Fingerprinting: A fingerprinting process may be implemented for accurate identification and to assist in conducting background checks.
- Certification: Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
- U.S. Citizenship: The candidate must be a U.S. citizen due to DoD clearance requirements.
- Reference Checks: Thorough reference checks will be conducted to gather insights into the candidate's professional conduct, reliability, and trustworthiness.
- Personal Interviews: In-depth interviews will be conducted to assess the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience related to Python development, Generative AI, and security best practices.
Clearance Requirements
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; U.S. citizenship is required (eligible for Department of Defense Secret clearance)
