M365/GenAI Engineer
Remote - Must located in the US

Approximately a 8 Month Contract
Summary
Our client is looking for a Contract M365/GenAI Engineer to join their team! The M365/GenAI Engineer designs, builds, and supports secure integrations, connectors, and operational controls across Microsoft 365 and enterprise LLM platforms.
This is the hands-on technical implementer role.
Responsibilities
- Implement DLP, MIP, retention, Sensitivity Labels, and secure configuration.
- Administer and operationalize enterprise LLM platforms (Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude).
- Develop connectors, automations, and reusable patterns for AI and M365 workloads.
- Troubleshoot permission issues, data routing, and cross workspace access.
- Provide hands on engineering for data governance enforcement.
Requirements
- Strong coding/scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Graph queries).
- Hands on M365 administration (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive).
- Experience integrating and managing enterprise Generative AI platforms.
- Knowledge of prompt patterns, AI safety, and enterprise AI control mechanisms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security and least privilege access.
- Ability to translate policy into automated technical enforcement.
Education/Certification Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
